- 2 Hours of Birthday Fun: Your standard birthday party includes 90 minutes of sports or activity space followed by 30 minutes in a private party room.

- Drinks & Paper Goods: Drinks and basic paper goods are included.
- Private Party Room: After the sports portion of the party, guests can enjoy 30 minutes in one of our private party rooms.

After registering for your party, you’ll receive a thank-you email with our available invitation designs. Choose your favorite, send your party details to our Birthday Coordinator – Abbey, and we’ll personalize the invitation for you.
Once your personalized invite is ready, you can easily text or share it with your guests — or upload the invite to a digital invitation platform like Evite or Greenvelope for a fee to manage your guest list and send invitations online.

Rentals include tables, chairs, basic decorations, and exclusive use of our versatile spaces. Our staff helps with setup and ensures your event runs smoothly. Frequently Asked Questions
Is the birthday child Included in the Count?
Yes! Up to 16 guests (kids) includes the Birthday Guest of Honor.
How old do party guests need to be?
The Guest of Honor should be turning 6 years old. We understand there are younger siblings and other guests who will we slightly younger. They are more than welcome! They must be supervised by an adult attending the party as we cannot dedicate staff for those not participating in the party. Some younger ages may be able to participate, however the flow and rules of the games are important to a fun and enjoyable party and some may not be able to keep up.
Can we have more than 16 Party Guests?
Yes! Our party room hold up to 30 kids comfortably! There is an additional $20 charge per guest over 16. We will also order additional pizza and drinks for the extra guests which is included in the $20 per person extra charge.
When should we arrive for the party?
Our Party Coaches handle all of the set up (and clean up) for your party. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to welcome your guests. You may or may not be able to enter the sports space and party room depending on our schedule that day. A party may be finishing in those spaces as your party begins. If a group is in the party room when your party begins, our staff will clean the room and set up your items along with transferring the gifts to the party room for you while your party guests are playing in the sports space.
What is the difference between the Orange Room and Blue Room?
If you see both room options available, you can choose whichever one you prefer. The selection simply reserves that room in our booking system.
How much play time do we get?
We always start in the sports space. Our coaches will facilitate activities for approximately one hour and 30 minutes. Your group will then transition into our party room for the remainder of the time.
Why does my booking show 1 hour and 30 minutes?
Your birthday party is 2 hours total! The 1 hour and 30 minutes shown during booking is for the sports and gym portion of the party. The remaining 30 minutes is for pizza, cake, presents, and however you’d like to use the party room.
Who needs to sign waivers?
Any guest playing and participating in the party is required to have a waiver on file. You can access the waiver at the bottom of this page or the top of this page. Here is a link you can send to your guests.
Can I order additional pizza? How many slices in the pizza?
Yes! You can order additional pizzas over the number provided for the party. Pizzas are delivered during the party from Sergio’s Pizza and cost $20 for either cheese or pepperoni. We need to know at least 3 hours prior to the party to place the order. The pizzas are large 16″ and we have Sergio’s cut them into 12 slices each pizza.
Can I bring other food to the party?
Yes! We have seen people bring chips, pretzels, individual bags of Doritos and Cheetos and other items. Fruit trays, veggie trays and other items are welcome.
We DO NOT allow pinatas!
Can we choose the sports and games?
Yes! We have found the BEST parties include a variety of sports and games. We can do Basketball, Soccer, Dodgeball, Football, Wiffleball, Dude Perfect games and MORE! We recommend a Sport, a team Dodgeball game, a second Sport, and we end with our Favorite game – Spiderball!
Have an idea of 2 sports and we will suggest a good Dodgeball game based on the ages of the party guests.
Does PRO 3:5 provide invitations?
As of fall 2026, digital birthday invitation templates are now included with your Pro 3:5 birthday party package!

Does PRO 3:5 provide plates? Can we bring our own themed stuff?
Paper products are included with your party. We use colorful, sturdy plates, cups, napkins along with plastic utensils if needed. You are WELCOME to bring your own paper products with a theme if you like. Let our staff know and they will set them up.
Should we tip the party coaches?
If you feel they have done a fantastic job… sure! (and they certainly appreciate it!)
Is a deposit required? Is it refundable?
We require a $100 deposit to book the party. The deposit is non-refundable but can be used to reschedule the party to another time if needed.
When do I pay the rest of the party balance?
You will pay the balance based on any extra guests, extra pizza or tip (optional) at the end of the party as you are leaving.
What is the cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable and can be used to re-schedule the party.
What does party planning look like up until the event date? Is there an event coordinator?
Our party coordinator (Abbey) will reach out to you via email about a week prior to your party to finalize details such as final headcount, pizza orders and your games of choice.
