Our training sessions are creative and geared toward maintaining a fun yet challenging and competitive atmosphere. We understand athletes need to be pushed to their limits, but they must enjoy what they are doing if they are to truly benefit from it. Follow along LIVE online Athlete Construction Class! Every Monday and Wednesday at 4pm on the Zoom app. We will work hard and have fun!  Your athlete will need a small open space, about 10 feet by 10 feet, a chair for support, gallon jug of water, book bag with something inside like books or items for weight and a device to live stream the workout! $72 for the month of September (9 sessions only $8 each)Register soon, spaces are limited!

With as few as 12 athletes and as many as 35 we can create a specific training for your group where we can customize the day and time slot based on our facility availability.
The hour long training sessions contain a mix of speed, agility, quickness, core strength, power and conditioning.  We utilize body weight training, suspension training, dumbbell training, kettle bell training, medicine ball training and resistance band training along with agility ladders, hurdles and rings to work overall total body strength, speed, agility and conditioning.
We can customize the training to be sport specific if desired.  However, we find most athletes improve in their specific sport by simply becoming more athletic, stronger and more agile.
