  • Balance, power, timing, swing path
  • Quality bat to ball contact
  • Drills for improving each aspect of the swing
  • Recommended ages 8 to 14

Advanced hitting drills and concepts for the skilled player. 

    • Critical core movement and flexibility
    • Essential rotational strength for more power
    • Create a repeatable, reliable and efficient swing
    • Individualized drills for the player to capitalize on proper swing mechanics
    • A focus on approach and the mental approach to the at bat

Not a session with aimless and un-engaged swings… players will put in work on their swing and have fun!

Hitters will face age and skill appropriate pitchers for both players to be ready for game action!

Highly supervised and monitored by our professional coaches. A great way for a little fine tuning and game like reps.
