Use this off-season to develop muscle mass, strength, speed, power and agility.
- Weight training and building muscle – gradually increasing intensity each month
- Functional and metabolic workouts to increase athleticism
- Speed, agility, quickness – train for the explosive nature of baseball
- Vision training / Arm care – baseball essentials
- Hitting sessions / Defensive fielding skills – stay sharp with baseball skill work
- Guest instructors/speakers consisting of current minor league players, ex-MLB players, college coaches, discussions each week about the mental game, the grind, what to expect recruiting, conduct off the field, etc.
- Limited to only 10 players
- $350 for the entire session
- 14 sessions / 21 hours of training (just $16 per hour of advanced training)
